I’m a passionate group fitness, Pilates, and personal training instructor currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science, aspiring to become a rehabilitation exercise physiologist. I have a strong focus on understanding physical limitations and therapeutic movement, and I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
